Town Square Park comes alive for Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025 with a month-long outdoor fitness activation designed to inspire healthy habits and bring the community together. Open to residents and neighbouring areas, the hub offers a diverse schedule of free morning and evening classes led by top fitness partners including CRANK, F45, Tula Studios, Easy Fitness and Spartans. From high-energy HIIT and boxing to yoga and mat Pilates, sessions are suitable for every fitness level, creating a fun, social and motivating atmosphere throughout November.

 

What’s on offer

Free daily classes: morning and evening from 5:30am to 9:00pm

Variety of sessions: A mix of HIIT, cardio, boxing, yoga and Pilates sessions

Classes led by professional instructors from CRANK, F45, Tula Studios, Easy Fitness and Spartans

Sunday: Sunset Yoga 5:30–6:30pm (30 Nov: Mat Core Pilates 5:30–6:30pm)
