From yoga and barre to dance workshops and padel, the hub provides a variety of free fitness classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Weekday schedule (Monday–Friday):

  • Monday: 8:30–10:00am – Wellness Yoga (Yellow Stage | Rhythmix Studio)
  • Tuesday: 8:30–10:00am – Intro to Barre (Yellow Stage | Rhythmix Studio)
  • Wednesday: 8:30–10:00am – Zumba (Yellow Stage | Rhythmix Studio)
  • Thursday: 8:30–10:00am – Intro to Kickboxing (Yellow Stage | Rhythmix Studio)
  • Friday: 8:30–10:00am – Stretching (Yellow Stage | Rhythmix Studio)
