Tilal Al Ghaf transforms its Lagoon Park into a vibrant movement and wellness destination for DFC. The hub will feature daily workout sessions, wellness pop-ups and family-friendly weekend mega events throughout November. Designed to promote healthy living and community connection, the Movement Hub encourages participants of all fitness levels to get active in a scenic, inclusive environment.

Schedule highlights
General rhythm: morning sessions around 6:30–9:30am; evening sessions at 4:30pm, 6:15pm and 7:30pm across all weeks.
Week 1 (1–7 Nov): HIIT, Ride, Pulse, Pilates Burn, Motion & Mobility, Vinyasa/Gentle Flow Yoga, HYROX; special Glow Dance on 1 Nov at 6pm.
Week 2 (8–14 Nov): Core formats continue plus Spin; wellness add-ons include a Tea Ceremony (8 Nov, 5:30pm) and Sound Meditation & Yoga (8 Nov, 6pm).
Week 3 (15–21 Nov): Ride/HIIT/Pulse/HYROX/Pilates Burn continue; Longevity Wellness (19 Nov, 10am); Super Ride features on 20–21 Nov evenings.
Week 4 (22–30 Nov): Adds Ignite (22 Nov, 8:30am) and lululemon Pilates (27 Nov, 6pm), alongside Ride, Pulse, HIIT, Pilates Burn, Spin, Motion & Mobility, Vinyasa/Gentle Flow, and HYROX.
