Join Dubai’s biggest free community run on Sheikh Zayed Road

Dubai Run returns for its seventh edition on Sunday, 23 November 2025, inviting runners of all ages and abilities to take over Sheikh Zayed Road. This free, mass-participation event transforms the city into one giant running track, with participants passing landmarks such as the Museum of the Future, Emirates Towers, Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa.

Beyond the run itself, the day has become a highlight on Dubai’s calendar – a chance for families and friends to share in the city’s vibrant atmosphere. With lively entertainment along the routes and the thrill of joining one of the world’s biggest fitness events, it’s an experience that brings Dubai's wonderful community together.

Date: Sunday, 23 November 2025

Timings:

  • Start: 6:30am

 

Routes:

Both routes starts on Sheikh Zayed Road near Museum of the Future.

  • 10km route: Finishes at The Gate Building, DIFC. Suitable for more experienced runners.
  • 5km route: Finishes on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard by Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. This route is flat and family-friendly.

 

Registration & bib collection

  • Registration: Opens 22 October on DubaiRun.com

  • Bib & T-shirt collection: Available from 3-22 November at at Dubai Municipality 30X30 Fitness Village Zabeel Park

All participants must register in advance and collect their official Dubai Run bib and T-shirt before event day.

 

Who can join?

Dubai Run is open to everyone — whether you’re an experienced runner, jogging for fun, or walking with family and friends. People of Determination are welcomed with dedicated POD start zones and volunteer support at the start and finish. Service dogs are permitted, with required documentation.

  • Wear suitable running footwear
  • Hydrate well before arrival and use water stations en route
  • Start at your own pace — it’s a fun run, not a race
  • Apply sunscreen, even in the early morning
  • Arrive early to find your starting zone and warm up
