Unite for one of the city’s biggest mass yoga sessions at Zabeel Park

On Sunday 30 November 2025, Dubai Yoga will transform Zabeel Park into a sanctuary of movement and mindfulness, welcoming participants for a unique sunset yoga experience. This free, mass-participation event invites people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to come together for a moment of balance, serenity and community spirit.

The highlight of the afternoon will be a special session led by an internationally acclaimed yogi to create a transformative celebration of wellness against the city’s iconic skyline.

Registration & requirements

• What’s provided: A yoga mat will be supplied for all participants

• What to bring: Refillable water bottle, sun protection (cap/visor and sunscreen).

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants aged 13-21 can register with parental consent.

Who can join?

Dubai Yoga is inclusive and open to all, from experienced yogis to first-time participants. People of Determination are warmly welcomed with safe, accessible zones and support from experienced instructors. If you require additional assistance, our dedicated team will be available on site.

• Dress comfortably in breathable, stretchy clothing in line with cultural sensitivities

• Apply sunscreen and wear a cap or visor for sun protection
