Workout Sessions for People with Disabilities

Before the Dubai Fitness Challenge wraps up, join Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities on 27 November for a virtual session that makes fitness easily accessible to people with disabilities and their families. 

The programme is designed so that you can take part in it from the comfort of your own home. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and have enough space for movement, whether you choose to be indoors or outdoors in the backyard, and you’re all set to start.

Choose the time slot relevant to you and prepare for 45 minutes of active fun!

Fitness programme schedule

  • 9:30am - 10:15am: For ages 8 to 14. Fun exercises: Warm up, high step march, ski-hops, jumping jacks, running, reach and squat, Zumba
  • 10:30am - 11:15am: For ages 14 to 17. General exercise workout: Warm up, hand & neck, shoulder, arms, hip and waist and leg exercises, Zumba
  • 11.30am - 12:15pm: For ages 17 and older. General exercise workout: Warm up, hand & neck, shoulder, arms, hip and waist and leg exercises, Zumba
  • 12:30pm - 1:15pm: For ages 14 and older. Persons on wheelchair: Exercises: Hand & neck, shoulder and arms, Zumba (adaptive)
