"Snack on exercise" with wellness specialist Lauren Parsons
Although Lauren Parsons worked at a gym, she felt chained to a desk and felt miserable - until she realised she could work out every muscle in her body with just three exercises. Just one month after adopting her new routine, she had doubled or tripled her strength performance.
How many other people are missing out on the benefits of exercise because they believe the myths about it, such as needing a lot of time, Lauren wondered.
She suggests people think about exercising for four minutes a day - done a minute at a time. Small amounts of intensive exercise add up. This concept of "snacking on exercise" can give virtually identical results to doing much longer periods of exercise, according to research.
