Tips before you start:

  • This no-excuses workout can be done in your home, hotel room or even a public park or beach
  • Repeat each movement, except for the first one, 15 times before moving on to the next
  • Take a 1-minute water break after completing all six, then repeat the round three more times, for a total of four full repetitions
