Spicy Korean Prawns

Ingredients

  • 20 prawns
  • 115g kimchi
  • 10g garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp red chilli pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 160ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cooking instructions

  1. To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients and pour over the prawns.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Over medium-hot coals, grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes a side or until pink and slightly charred.
  4. Serve immediately with a bowl of kimchi.
