
Spicy Korean Prawns
Ingredients
- 20 prawns
- 115g kimchi
- 10g garlic
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp red chilli pepper flakes
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 160ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Cooking instructions
- To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients and pour over the prawns.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Over medium-hot coals, grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes a side or until pink and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately with a bowl of kimchi.
