Make Your Own Peanut Butter and Choco Balls

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the balls and mix well in a food processor or with your hands and roll into balls
  2. Freeze this for about 2-3 hours
  3. Melt the cacao butter on low flame and mix the cacao powder and maple syrup. Keep stirring, set aside to cool and thicken.
  4. Take the balls out of the fridge and dip them in the chocolate coating and keep in the refrigerator for a few minutes. If you are a big fan of chocolate like me, dip again and freeze for 20 minutes.
