Arugula Pear Salad For Lunch or Dinner
Even if you're not a fan of salad, you're going to love this salad. This salad is very high in vitamins A, C, K and folate. It is also high in calcium, manganese and copper.
3 oz (100g) arugula leaves
2 small pears
1. Add arugula leaves to a bowl.
2. Core and slice the pears and add them to arugula leaves.
3. Sprinkle the salad with cheese and walnuts, and season with pepper.
Add 1 oz (30g) graviera cheese, ¼ cup walnuts and ⅛ black pepper.
-It doesn’t need salt but that’s up to you.
-You can also use any hard cheese instead of graviera.
-Additionally, you can top it up with seeds and dried berries for additional nutrient content.
