INGREDIENTS
3 oz (100g) arugula leaves
2 small pears

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add arugula leaves to a bowl.

2. Core and slice the pears and add them to arugula leaves.

3. Sprinkle the salad with cheese and walnuts, and season with pepper.

LEVEL UP
Add 1 oz (30g) graviera cheese, ¼ cup walnuts and ⅛ black pepper.

TIPS
-It doesn’t need salt but that’s up to you.
-You can also use any hard cheese instead of graviera.
-Additionally, you can top it up with seeds and dried berries for additional nutrient content.
