You can easily improve your swimming at Talise Fitness with classes led by internationally certified coaches – for private or group classes. There are "master's classes for adults wanting to get into better shape and improve their technique, as well as kids training for all levels. The 25-metre pool boasts six lanes.
The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi

The Mina Seyahi boasts one of the longest stretches of private beach in Dubai – with a pristine 500-metre shoreline. But if you prefer to swim in a pool, you’re sorted with five lanes.
