5 Quick Tips For Running Beginners

  1. Run at a time that works for you: There’s no rule that says you have to run at a set time, so decide when it can fit in your schedule and stick to it.
  2. Follow a training plan: The best way to stay consistent and motivated is to follow a training plan to help you reach your goals.
  3. Find safe routes: There’s so many places to run in Dubai, check out our article on the best places to start running.
  4. Start slow, control the pace: Don’t race out of the gate straight away. Take it slow, control your breathing and find a pace that feels comfortable. You should be able to talk and not feel out of breath.
  5. Invest in some decent runners: This will help your technique and to avoid any injuries. You should opt for running shoes that offer additional cushioning and support to help with long-term running goals.
